Both commercial and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Autonomous Insulin Delivery systems (AIDs) have failure states and dangers (including too rapid change in control, suspend ranges, settings changes, etc.). This is a very important event by a true advocate and industry/DIY T1D.
Dr. Rayhan Lal is an incredible doctor and endocrinologist and T1D! He is affiliated with Stanford University Healthcare and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford.

Apple has released updated iOS, macOS and Xcode

Apple released iOS 15.5, macOS 12.4 and Xcode 13.4 on May 16, 2022. The decision about whether you should update your iOS will depend upon whether your mac can update to OS Monterey. IF YOU CAN'T UPDATE TO MONTEREY, PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE to iOS 15.4.x or 15.5. As always, we recommend that you update your macOS and Xcode before updating your iPhone.
To make sure that you're in control of when you install iOS updates: Turn off Install iOS Updates by clicking iPhone Settings/General/Software Update/Automatic Updates.
