LnL Gatherings
|
|
We are loving the connections we’re building with other loopers through Open Mics! Check out this post that covers lots of the information that was shared in last week's Open Mic.
Our next Open Mic is scheduled for Thursday, 27 July at 11am PT/2pm ET/8pmCET. See the zoom link below.

…and speaking of getting together, several LnLers did just that at the Friends for Life conference in Orlando earlier this month. Some of us had met in person before, but even with those we hadn’t, it was like a family reunion! Here are a few of our admin team who met up, and we got to see some other members as well. [From left to right, that's Carol, Phil, Tina, Mike and Rebecca spelling out L-O-O-P-! with their arms and hands. It seemed like a good idea at the time.]

Loop Follow Low Battery Alarm
|
|
Now, Loop Follow can alert you when the battery on the Loop phone you're following has reached a level of your choice. This feature is all about ensuring that Loop runs smoothly and there are no interruptions due to low battery. You’ll need to rebuild to add this alarm.

Dev Branch Users: One-Time Change
For those building Loop using the Browser Build method, two changes in the dev branch require special, one-time actions. If you don't take the steps detailed in the LoopDocs link, you will not be able to sync and build Loop-dev. - Libre support was added using the Libre Transmitter code
- Automatic Update and Automatic Monthly Build was added

Algorithm Experiments
| |
Curious about the Algorithm Experiments that are now available as a customization in the Build Select Script? Click the link below for illustrations of how the Algorithm Experiments (Glucose-Based Partial Application and Integral Retrospective Correction) would react to example glucose levels over a hypothetical 4-hour period. In actual use, we are finding these customizations to be quite helpful in glucose management! As with all settings adjustments and Loop customizations, please wait until. you have time to observe how your glucose responds.

How to Visualize IRC In Action

If you are using Integral Retrospective Correction, you can see it in action by looking under Retrospective Correction on the Glucose screen. Here’s an example.
