Looper Beware!
One of our admins recently got thrown for a loop -but not the kind she's used to- when she was unable to get her new pod to connect. After lots of troubleshooting, she realized that she'd been trying to pair an Omnipod 5 ("O5") pod instead of a DASH pod! She didn't even know she had O5 pods! Here are some visuals showing the differences between O5 and DASH packaging and pods. Don't let this happen to you- take a good look at the pods you have and make sure they are DASH (or Eros).
