Kindness is Always the Answer
|
|
I don't know about you, but even as a grown adult, sometimes I can use a reminder- even in a support group. Let’s assume that when Loopers ask questions they have no idea where to find the answer. Maybe they’re so panicked, they’re not sure what their actual question is. Here are great things to include in responses to requests for help (aka "questions") with the goals of kindness and expedience: - Links to Loop and Learn, LoopDocs, or LoopTips
- Links to similar FB posts (including from Looped, CGM in the Cloud, etc.) that had helpful answers
- Screenshots using your own Loop or NS accounts (be sure to redact any confidential info)
- Tag of someone who is more knowledgeable
- Kind words – especially if the person reaching out for help is frazzled
