Super Bowl Sunday

Any continuous day of eating can be hard for T1D, but the Super Bowl is a crazy mix of food, great friends, screaming and football squares. Hopefully these strategies will help you manage your food... but they will have no impact on whether your team wins or loses.

Dexcom One

Dexcom One is a newer CGM option from Dexcom. It is intended to be a more affordable and accessible option for people with diabetes. With the introduction of Dexcom One, Dexcom now has two classes of CGM systems. While the G6 and G7 apps offer a range of automated alerts and allow users to give family members and healthcare providers real-time access to their readings, the Dexcom One app is much simpler. Users can program their own alerts into the software and view their glucose readings but aren’t able to automatically share the data with others. Dexcom One is available in limited markets.
